Welling, OK - Troy Webster Bowline passed away peacefully on December 26, 2025, at Saint Francis in Tulsa, Oklahoma, surrounded by loved ones. He was 69 years old. Troy was born on September 19, 1956, to Christopher Columbus Bowline and Myrtle Leona Bowline.

Troy graduated from Berryhill in 1974 and served honorably in the USAF. In 1978, he married Denise Crouch having four children. Troy later earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from NSU graduating magna cum laude and earning placement on the Dean's Honor Roll.

Troy would retire after decades of service from Oklahoma Juvenal Affairs in Cherokee County in 2022.

Troy is survived by his brothers, Virgil Bowline and Roy Bowline; his sisters, Martha Bowline, Liddy Bowline, and Reva Bowline; his children, Audra Bowline, Kristen Armentrout and husband Scott, Ian Bowline and wife Alexandria, and Travus Bowline and wife Aida Krouzel. He was preceded in death by his parents, C.C. and Myrtle Bowline; his sisters, Christine Sellers, Cordi O'Dell, and Daisy Alpine Bowline; his grandson, Corbin Wicker; and Robine Cooke.

Troy will be loved and missed by all who knew him.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Green Country Funeral Home.
