TAHLEQUAH – Funeral services for William Harry Webster are 2 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 10, at Tahlequah First Baptist Church. Officiating will be Rev. Buddy Hunt and Rev. Ron Rice. Honorary pallbearers are Dick Roberts, Gary Gore and the Adult IV Sunday School Class at First Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the Bennett Cemetery in Warner under the care of Green Country Funeral Home. Online condolences may be left at tahlequahfuneral.com. William Harry Webster was born May 6, 1941, in Muskogee, to William Paul Webster and Margrett Josephine (Goodman) Webster. He passed away in Muskogee on Nov. 6, 2015, at the age of 74. Bill was a graduate of Warner High School and attended Connors State University for two years. Bill also served in the US Air Force. He worked as a truck driver, traveling cross country before beginning work with Muskogee County. There he helped in building roads, and drove dump trucks carrying road building materials. Bill was a member of Tahlequah First Baptist Church and The American Legion Post 182 in Pryor. Bill was preceded in death by his parents; and four siblings, Elva Joy Harris, Fred Marlow, John Paul Webster, and Charles Ricky Webster. He is survived by his wife, Viola of the home; four children, William Junior Webster, Randy Lee Webster, Lorea Ann Webster, and Sherry Webster; three step children, Kathy Harris, Terri Bowen and Jerri Lynn Mackey; three brothers, Buddy Webster of Warner, Gene Marlow of Tulsa, and Donny Marlow of Amarillo, Texas; two sisters, Bertha Mae Spruill of Muskogee, and Patsy Reed also of Muskogee; grandchildren, Brad, Nikki and Jamie Deaton, Austin McCollier, Zachary and Emily Studdard and Annabelle Mackey; as well as many other extended family members, friends and loved ones.
