Graveside services for Billy Eugene Wilson, 77, of Park Hill, Oklahoma are 2:00 pm Tuesday July 18, 2017, at Fort Gibson National Cemetery, under the care of Green Country Funeral Home. Officiating will be Troy Farmer. Pallbearers are members of the Keys Fire Department. Honorary pallbearers are David Kassing, Harley Kassing, Makiah Kasing, Christopher Kizzia, Timothy Hamby, Clinton Teague, Derrick Teague and Kenneth Hickman.
Billy Eugene Wilson was born in McAllister, Oklahoma on April 10, 1940, to Floyd Theodore and Ina Faye (Brown) Wilson. He went home to Jesus on July 13, 2017.
Billy was a graduate of Pea Ridge High School in Pea Ridge, Arkansas, in 1959.
Billy made his life working as a Jack Of All Trades. He worked as a lineman for his parents at their phone company.
One of his greatest loves was working at the Keys Fire Department and EMT. He also loved spending time outside, visiting with his family and friends.
Billy is preceded in death by his mother and father; two sisters, Doris and Velma; and daughter, Sheila.
He is survived by his spouse, Minnie Sue Hickman of Tahlequah, two daughters, Kim Phillips and Beverly Wilson of Garfield, Arkansas; his son, Kenneth Wilson of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; a sister, Floy Jean Brady of Oklahoma; fifteen grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren; and many other extended family members, and friends.
