TAHLEQUAH – Funeral Services for Rita Joy Cain are 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 15, at Green Country Funeral Home. Officiating will be Rev. David White. Pallbearers are Butch Breshears, Hal Russell, Tom Baker, Jim Fallen, Kenny Jackson and Jim Fallen. Interment will be held in the Tahlequah City Cemetery under the care of Green Country Funeral Home. Online condolences may be left at tahlequahfuneral.com. Rita Joy Cain was born Nov. 22, 1933, in Braggs, Okla., to Bural and Alice (Sellers) Fallen. She passed from this life in Tahlequah, Okla., on Dec. 10, 2015, at the age of 82 years and 18 days. Rita grew up in Braggs and Fort Gibson, where she attended school. She married John Cain April 1, 1951, in Huntsville, Ark., while John was on weekend leave while from the Air Force. She would raise their family and maintain their home in Iowa Park, Texas, while John continued serving in the US Air Force for 27 years before retiring. She and John would later make a home in Fort Gibson. She and John enjoyed spending time together bowling and square dancing. Rita is survived by her husband, John; a daughter, Alisa G. Antonioli and husband Joe of Oxnard, Calif.; granddaughter, Ellen C. Antonioli; a brother, Carl Fallen and wife Barbara of Tahlequah; and many dear friends. Green Country Funeral Home, 203 S.
