OKLAHOMA CITY – Michael Lynn Robertson passed through this life into heaven on Saturday, June 27, 2015. Mike was born Aug. 26, 1961, in Broken Arrow, to Bob Robertson and late Doris Bryan Robertson. He was the second oldest child of four and oldest son to Bob and Doris. Mike is survived by his devoted wife, Diana Lambert Robertson; and two sons, Aaron Robertson and wife Bethany of Oklahoma City, and Jacob Robertson of Tulsa. Mike’s pride and joy was his beautiful and full of life grandson Noah Michael Robertson. Mike was the best papa on the planet. He is also survived by father, Bob Robertson and stepmother Betty; sister, Sherry Robertson Baker and husband Principal Chief Bill John Baker; bother, Bobby Robertson and wife LaDonna; brother, Tracey Robertson; aunt, Loretta Pierce of Wapanucka; and many nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his mother, Doris Bryan Robertson; T.E. and Gladys Robertson and Richard and Macel Bryan. Mike graduated from Tahlequah High School in 1979. In his younger years Mike’s love of horses took him to bulldogging in rodeos for a number of years while working at his dad’s business, Northeastern Glass, and on to starting his own business in Broken Arrow and then in Oklahoma City. Mike and his wife, Diana, enjoyed many vacations in their motorhome to ocean cruises. He never met a stranger and truly loved his family. He will be missed everyday until we see him again. A memorial service was held in Oklahoma City on July 1 at the Crown Center Church. Arrangements were through Vondel Smith Mortuary South in Oklahoma City, 405-634-1439.
