Mark Davis Labby was born January 17, 1958, in New Orleans, Louisiana. He passed away in Tulsa, Oklahoma on August 23, 2017, at the age of 59.
Mark was a graduate of DeRidder High School. He met Carman Whorton in 1986, and they married soon after that in Marshall, Texas. The would eventually move to Oklahoma where he began a trash service. He later went to work at Franklin Electric assembling motors there for over nine years.
Mark had a strong belief and was a man of great faith and was a member of the Pentecostal Church.
He loved to pass out church cards. He also served as an usher and sang in the choir.
Mark was preceded in death by his father Eugene William Labby; and half daughter, Angela M. Cole.
He is survived by his wife Carman of the home; his son Jeremy Labby of Rose, Oklahoma; his mother, Margie Labby, of DeRidder, Louisiana; and two brothers, David Labby of Dry Creek, Louisiana, and Frank Labby and wife Lisa of Leesville, Louisiana; six nieces and nephews; as well as many other friends and loved ones.
