Graveside services for Lucille Robertson, 92, of Tahlequah, Oklahoma are 2:00 pm, April 20, 2017, at the Tahlequah City Cemetery. Officiating will be Reverend Jan Condren. Honorary pallbearers are Chase Robertson, Tanner Robertson, Steve Molloy, Eddie Molloy, Heath Robertson, Josh Bliss, Bill Rhodes, Bob Rhodes, Angela Robertson, Jordan Moore, and Tori Pierce.
Lucille Robertson was born in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, on September 22, 1924, to James Ray and Grace (Darter) Molloy. She passed away on April 16, 2017, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 92 years, 5 years, and 25 days.
Grace graduated Bagley High School as Salutatorian at the age of 15. She then attended Northeastern State University graduating at the age of 19. After graduating Lucille enlisted in the US Marines here she served during WW II. Following her honorable discharge she continued her education at OU earning her Pharmacy Degree. Her career began as a Pharmacist in Tahlequah working until the mid 70's.
Lucille married Billy Robertson on September 1, 1955.
She was of the Presbyterian faith and attended church regularly, always extending an invitation to her family every Sunday. Lucille loved sports and followed OU football, the Texas Rangers, Dallas Cowboys and the OKC Thunder. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles and her Bible studies.
Lucille was preceded in death by her husband , Billy Robertson; her mother and father; two sons, Jim Robertson and infant son Charles Robertson; two brothers, James Ray Molloy and Max Molloy.
She is survived by her son Mac Robertson of Tahlequah; grandchildren, Heath Robertson, Chase Robertson, Angela Robertson, Tori Pierce, Tanner Robertson, and Jordan Moore; great grandson, Asher Pierce; several nieces and nephews, extended family members and friends.
