Larry Kent passed away on July 3, 2017 surrounded by this loving family.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Cushing Ok,

Per Larrys request there will be No Services.

Larry was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma to E.A. and Charlotte (Walker) Kent Larry grew up in the Tulsa area and graduated from Tulsa Central High School in 1960, he joined the United States Air Force, he was discharged after 4 years of honorable service, he met and married the love of his life Helen Berry on September 4, 1965 and to this union two children were born, Suzanne, and Tommie.

Larry was a hard worker spent many years working as owner of J&J Town & Country Store in Park Hill from 1979 to 1999, he previously worked from 1965 to 1979 for CE-Natco (National Tank) in Tulsa, Ok, and later worked for Stage Store in Tahlequah, Ok. Larry enjoyed fishing, and spending time living life, but most of all he loved his family, grandchildren and spending as much time with them as he could.

Larry is survived by his loving wife Helen, one son: Tommie Kent and wife Hayden, one daughter: Suzanne Spencer and husband Tom, six grandchildren: Casey Spencer, Shelbie Kent, Kaylie Kent, Cash Kent, Cordelia Spencer, and Dalena Spencer, neice: Kellie DeLeon, and nephews: Tim Sawyer, and Gary Kent.

He is preceded in death by his parents, one: sister Charlotte Jean Briscoe, one brother: George H. Kent, two nephews: Steve Sawyer, and Johnny Sawyer, one niece: Christina Briscoe
