For years Buster and Wilma taught students all over Kansas and Oklahoma, a job both of them loved immensely. Their spare time was devoted to the First General Baptist Church, where he spent 44 years teaching Sunday School, helping with the Robertson Youth Camps every summer, serving his Lord and Savior in any way he could. He liked spare moments spent fishing and loved college football, especially OU. He was a devoted educator, husband, father and grandfather. He adored any chance he had to spend time with his two granddaughters, Hannah and Emma, they were his favorite friends!
