Isabel was a wonderfully kind person. I loved visiting her and Mr. Baker at the store in 1995. She always had that beautiful smile. She will be solely missed by all those who knew her. Regret so that I am physically not able to say goodbyes personally. My prayers are with the family at this time.

Dr. Baker was a grand lady with a sweet spirit. Her presence filled any room she entered. She provided wisdom and encouragement to many prospective, young as well as seasoned educators, including myself. She will be missed and remembered for many years to come.

Tahlequah and the State of Oklahoma has lost one of the finest ladies to grace our fine town and State. What we lost, God has gained in Heaven.
