COOKSON – Iona Irene Trimble, 91, of Rogers, Ark., passed away April 14, 2015, in Bentonville. She was born Jan. 26, 1924, in Hasting, the daughter of Levy Douglas and Thearsa Vivian Kinnaman Clements. She was a homemaker, a member of Southside Church of Christ in Rogers, and a former member of the Tahlequah South College Church of Christ for many years. Iona enjoyed gardening and fishing. She and her husband, Roy, provided fish for their family reunion dinner for many years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Roy C. Trimble; and her seven brothers and sisters. Survived by her granddaughter, Rhonda Krolvyk of Mineral, Wash.; foster daughter and caregiver, Pat Bolain of Rogers, Ark.; grandson, Roger Crumley of Wyoming; granddaughter, Genevieve Stevens of Kodiak, Ala.; niece, Wanda Buckner of Oklahoma City; nephew, Adam Bolain of Pittsburgh, Pa.; and four great-grandchildren, eight great-great-grandchildren, four great-great-great grand children, nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 18, at the Cookson-Proctor Cemetery in Cookson, with Mr. Lloyd Coppedge officiating. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th, Rogers, Ark.
