Elizabeth Ann Carroll was born May 8, 1925, in Keota, Oklahoma, to Claude Miller and Eva Irene (Keese) Puckett. She died Sunday, July 17, 2016, in Owasso, Oklahoma, at the age of 91 years. Elizabeth was reared and educated in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, and was a graduate of Tahlequah High School. She was married March 5, 1943, in Tahlequah to Don A. Carroll. Elizabeth spent much of her working life in retail sales with Sears and Roebuck Company. She was a longtime member of the Eastern Star. She had made her home in Owasso since 2002. She enjoyed a variety of pastimes including spending time in her garden, reading, and sewing.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two brothers, James Puckett and Claude Puckett, and a sister, Anita Puckett Stuckey.
Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 22, 2016, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso with Pastor Scott Carlson officiating. Serving as honorary casket bearers will be Zachary Thompson, Peyton Thompson, Dex Eaton, Andy Impson, Jeff Carroll, and Jason Carroll. Interment will follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
