Carolyn Church was born in Mississippi County, Arkansas on March 16, 1946, to Harley and Ruby Baker. She left this world on August 9, 2016, from Tulsa, Oklahoma, with her family at her side.

Carol married Joe Church on March 12, 1982, in Eufaula.

Carol had a passion to help others. She had a large part in establishing the W.E.C.A.R.E. organization in West Virginia a program for feeding the hungry and providing clothing for those less fortunate. The organization was operational for 15 years.

Carol was a coffee drinker and enjoyed telling stories. She also liked to dog sit. Carol loved her grandchildren, and the more at her house the merrier. She loved cooking for her family

Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Church who was her world; her parents; a brother, Lynn Lowe; and sister, Connie Lowe.

Those left to cherish her memory are her five children, Ricky McCutchan of Eufaula, OK, Lisa McCutchan of Tahlequah, OK, Linda Kennedy of Park Hill, OK, Albert McCutchan of Tahlequah, OK, and Tina Hammer and husband John of Muskogee. OK; ten grandchildren, Karlie, Houston, Jeremy, Dakota, Leekelli, Brooks, Lauren, Reese, C.J., and Riley; many great grandchildren and others who called her Nana; five siblings, Randi, Ronnie, Margie, Kim and Betty; and a host of friends too numerous to mention.
